Christine Speaks for the Bar Council on Practical Construction Law

Christine was invited by the Bar Council’s Arbitration and Construction Law Committee to speak on Practical Construction Law. The seminar was held at Royale Chulan Penang on 11.1.2024.

Together with 6 other speakers, Christine shared her knowledge on Variations in constructions contracts. She shared what amounts to variation, the procedural requirements in relation to a variation order claim, method of valuation of variations.

Christine also shared recent developments in the law in relation to variation claims, citing and explaining to the audience pertinent case law.
